Refund Policy

At Food Truck Profit, we strive to provide our students with an exceptional learning experience. However, in the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we have established the following refund policy to outline the terms and conditions under which a refund may be granted. Please read this policy carefully, as it governs the process by which refunds will be considered and processed.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Food Truck Profit are available exclusively within a thirty (30) day period from the date of purchase. Refund eligibility is contingent upon the student demonstrating a good faith effort to engage with and actively participate in the course materials. Food Truck Profit reserves the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis, considering the student’s level of engagement with the course, as monitored through platform metrics and other available data.

Criteria for Refund Approval
Refund requests will undergo a thorough review process. Food Truck Profit may assess various factors, including but not limited to the amount of course content accessed, time spent engaging with lessons, and completion of assignments or quizzes, to determine whether the student has made a reasonable and diligent effort to complete the course materials. Failure to engage meaningfully with the course content may result in the denial of the refund request. Food Truck Profit reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a “good faith effort.”

Refund Process  
Upon the approval of a refund request, refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund request must be initiated by the student within the thirty (30) day eligibility period by contacting Food Truck Profit’s customer support team at **training@foodtruckprofit.com**. Any requests submitted after the expiration of this period will not be considered, and Food Truck Profit reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with these terms.

Non-Refundable Circumstances  
Refunds will be categorically denied in instances where a student is found to have violated the terms and conditions of service, including but not limited to, attempts to exploit, misuse, or redistribute the course content without authorization. Any such violation will result in the immediate forfeiture of any right to a refund. Additionally, Food Truck Profit reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the student is determined to have engaged in behavior that contravenes the spirit of the terms of service.

Exceptions and Limitations  
Food Truck Profit does not offer partial refunds under any circumstances. Refunds will only be granted for the full purchase price, and no exceptions will be made. Any costs or fees associated with the original transaction, including but not limited to processing fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes, may not be refundable depending on the policies of the payment processor. The student agrees that Food Truck Profit shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the refund process attributable to third-party payment processors.

How to Request a Refund 
Students seeking a refund must submit a formal request by contacting **training@foodtruckprofit.com** within the thirty (30) day refund eligibility window. The request must include the student’s order number, full name, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. Food Truck Profit reserves the right to request additional information or clarification to process the refund request. Upon submission, the refund request will be reviewed by our team, and a determination will be made within seven (7) business days. The student will be notified via email of the outcome of their request.

Processing Times 
Following the approval of a refund request, the refund will be initiated within ten (10) business days. Please be advised that the time required for the funds to appear in the student’s account may vary depending on the student’s payment method, financial institution, or credit card provider. Food Truck Profit assumes no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or other financial intermediaries.

Course Access After Refund
In the event that a refund is issued, the student’s access to the Food Truck Profit course, including all associated materials, content, and resources, will be permanently revoked. The student will no longer have any rights to view, download, or otherwise interact with the course materials following the issuance of the refund. Continued access or usage of the course content after a refund has been granted may constitute a violation of the terms of service and could result in legal action.

Changes to This Refund Policy
Food Truck Profit reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice to students. Any such changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is the student’s responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure compliance with the most current terms. Continued use of the course following any changes to the Refund Policy will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
